Shipping & Delivery Policies

Createch Resources & Solutions Private Limited despatches its products to across the globe (within & outside India). We despatch on all days except Sundays & National Holidays.

We arrange the material transportation as per agreed terms & condition mentioned in the contract / agreement / correspondence. If required, we co-ordinate with reputed logistic agencies & arrange material transportation to buyer’s recommended location. For outside India, the products will be despatched to nearest port. Further transportation, insurance & logistic will be managed by the buyer / buyer’s representative. Overall delivery time depend on nearest port location & availability of career. In special case, as per buyer’s request, we arrange air courier for speedy delivery. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of material due to unavoidable & undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which, Createch Resources & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable & would request it’s buyers to cooperate. Createch Resources & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable & not possible.
